And this is why I find Adventure Time "overrated".

Because Pendleton Ward created a Love Dodecagon between many different characters in the show, going from Finn having a crush on 13-year old PB to Marceline dating Ash, to Flame Princess dating Cinnamon Bun straight after she broke up with Finn way after 18-year old PB dumped Finn only to date Marcy and create Bubbline, a couple that Pendleton Ward confirmed since 2012 only through social-media instead of the actual show, and yet he bothered making Finn canonically fall in love with Bubblegum, to Ice King wanting to marry all princesses from Ooo... it's really ridiculous! I never use fanbases as a reason to dislike such franchise, but the fact that AT had an inconsistency between romantic partners for each characters in Land of Ooo, is the real reason that caused many Shipping Wars that happened throughout 2012-2018, not necessarily the fanbase's fault even if they could've handled better too.

Overall, Adventure Time is flawed & overrated! If only Finn focused more on adventuring than having a girlfriend, and if only Bubbline was confirmed directly during Seasons 1-2 and not exclusively through social-media by the creators themselves, then I would've enjoyed Adventure Time as much as I used to love it to begin with. It's either Cartoon Network or Pendleton Ward's fault that I had bad experiences with AT's fanbase in the past, not the fandom itself!

So goodbye Adventure Time! I will still keep LIKing you forever, but I will NEVER LOVE you again, Adventure Time! Only Seasons 1-3 (and certain episodes of Season 4) are worth watching for me, and in that conclusion, I will move on to other shows that don't have that many relationship issues that AT had for the longass while. I rest my case, capiche!
